Insurance Claim for Students
Submit an insurance claim for your child online via NTUC Income's e-claim portal. Claims must be made within 365 days of the incident and take 14–30 working days to process.
Insurance claim for students by NTUC Income
All students are covered under MOE’s Group Personal Accident Insurance for Students underwritten by Income. Students are covered if they sustain any injury during any school activity within or outside the school. Parents can make a claim online within 365 days from the date of the insured incident. All relevant documents and information must be submitted online together with your claims. It usually takes 14-30 working days to process your claims once a valid submission is received.
